Scouting report

Noel has played some third base, but he's only a realistic athletic fit at first. Because he's of the right/right variety, he'll need to hit and hit for power with annual statistical evidence of his proficiency to continue to stay on the prospect radar. Ordinarily I'll have players like this, who are still far from the majors, in the Honorable Mention section of the list, but in Noel's case the top end of his exit velocities are pretty ridiculous for his age.
