Scouting report

Electricity personified, Watson has perhaps the best bat speed in the entire 2021 draft class regardless of demo (college or high school). He has an up-the-middle defensive projection and the potential for star-level power and speed output. Watson is also a volatile on-field entity, sometimes demonstrative with umpires and hard on himself when he's struggling. He's as high-ceiling a talent as there is in the whole class.
